We are looking for a new Sales Team Member to join our team.

Our Sales Team is responsible for growing Incubeta’s digital portfolio across brand, publisher and agency clients in the US.

Having experience in outbound prospecting, building a new sales pipeline, and business development in a B2B environment is a must in this role. You will be required to identify, connect with, and convert new clients for Joystick. Organizing and delivering presentations will also be a key part of the role. This is a ‘360’ sales position, so you will be involved in closing opportunities and effectively handing them over to the Accounts team.


2-5 years experience in creative, digital media, ad technology or platform sales - any background which will have given you an understanding of the value of creative in marketing

Experience in planning, building and executing an outbound sales strategy

Proven track record in creating your own pipeline

You have experience in handling objections, adapting, and finding new creative ways to generate sales

You have a passion for creative and digital marketing

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

You have outstanding presentation abilities

You have the ability to sell – the agency, our offerings and our capabilities

You are an energetic, positive, and dynamic people person


Creating your own outbound sales strategy that you will then execute of the coming months

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize targeted new business opportunities inline with your outbound sales strategy with brands, publishers, agencies and ad tech clients.

Hold exploratory meetings with new prospects to identify opportunities

Working with internal team to create new business pitches and execute the practices necessary to successfully close these opportunities

Work closely with the Incubeta marketing team to conceptualise and activate marketing campaigns inline with your outbound sale strategy to generate news leads.

Meet annual and quarterly performance goals in coordination with the Incubeta executive team

Provide weekly updates, revisions, and modifications to your opportunities

Update CRM system appropriately and frequently

Maintain a working knowledge of all solutions offered by Incubeta, with an emphasis on ad creative.

Stand accountable for delivering and presenting high-quality winning presentation decks for capabilities, proposals or pitches, incorporating content and estimates from discipline leads as needed (i.e: strategy, creative, marketing)

At the highest level of integrity and character, represent Joystick at networking functions, trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events and/or evangelism opportunities


Daily outreach with prospects across brands, publishers and agencies - according to your sales outreach plan - to generate new leads

Research through social channels, industry sites and publications to inform and direct your outreach

Deliver capabilities presentations over video conference or in person

Participate in RFP responses and proposals for clients

Identify and pitch growth opportunities for clients

Build and maintain relationships with new clients

Sell Incubeta’s suite of creative solutions based on identifying the client’s marketing objectives and strategies
